About me

I am deeply committed to reducing the suffering of highly sensitive people, mothers, families, young people, and fellow human beings. My intention is not merely to help people cope or survive, but to support them in truly thriving — so they can access their gifts, live with vitality, and contribute meaningfully to their own wellbeing and that of others.

In my work as a Clinical and Health Psychologist, I use a range of innovative, evidence-informed approaches such as Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT)® , Positive Psychology,  Inner Peace, and Brainspotting® . I believe the modality should be adapted to the person or group — not the other way around. At the heart of my work is genuine care for people. Serving others through this profession is not just my job; it is my calling.

For those who do not want to be “just okay,” but are ready for deeper transformation, I offer a method I have been developing called “Bloom Coherent Health” . This integrative coaching approach addresses the whole person — mind, emotions, body, relationships, and inner life — for more rounded and sustainable health.

I bring over 20 years of experience in counselling and 15 years in psychological therapy, alongside a lifetime of lived experience. I work with people who are ready to resolve unconscious patterns that have kept them stuck, and who are willing to create a better future before another day, month, or year passes. If you are here, it is because you are considering that step — and that takes courage.

Learning and applying the art and science of personal growth and social transformation is my life’s aspiration. We have 6 cultures in my family — Namibian, Jordanian, Ethiopian, Austrian, Persian, and Cypriot — and living in several countries has deeply shaped my worldview. Together with the Bahá’í Faith, these experiences have given me a framework to connect with and honour the inner dignity and potential of each person I serve.

I currently live in Austria with my husband and our two children. Much of what informs my work has also grown out of my own journey with anxiety, depression and ADHD. I am grateful for these struggles, as they have given me authentic insight into the inner worlds of those I work with — and a clear sense of what truly helps and what does not. They have compelled me to seek creative, effective ways of healing, and it is a joy for me to share these with others.
